      Pros

      Customers were always entertaining ( in a good way). Challenges your problem solving skills, you learn something new each day. Staff is like an extension of your family.

      Cons

      Upper management are a bunch of (mean girls) and there not all women! Photography was a daily challenge without any real rewards. We were pushed to create an assembly line of brides and maintain a perfect customer service score. Quantity or quality (which do you want) both is not an option in different volume stores.

      Fun and rewarding. good paychecks during bridal Christmas.

      Cons

      Very physically challenging at times carrying lots of heavy dresses and so much standing and walking. Most people are part time and hours get really cut back in the off season. You MUST have another job. This is my fun job, my other job is my money job.
