The work is full chaos... additionally you have to handle each calling within 2 minutes... very robotic. the customers are not satisfied for a reason and you have to pretend nothing happened...

I think it mostly depends on the team and project you are working on as I heard people having mixed feelings. I had a great experience, worked on a great team and I was able to quickly develop my skills. The tech lead was on of the best I ever had.
