Friendly and young teams, it's easy to work in a structured manner. It's an ongoing accelerated rhythm, but if you're someone who doesn't like to sleep at their jobs and actually do something that has an impact this is where I recommend you should be.

Cons

It's also hard to keep it always an accelerated rhythm with the company, there are so many departments and there is too much work to be done that you feel overwhelmed by the stress.
