Pros
I don't have a single positive thing to say about the company or the procurement department after 1.5 year in it.
Cons
They come across as friendly during interviews, but the reality hits hard once you join the team. There’s a lack of documentation, SOPs, and procedures. The director in the procurement department tends to micromanage and often uses a passive-aggressive tone. Discussing issues with HR is futile, as they are closely aligned with upper management; even if you have evidence of unprofessional and discriminatory behavior, you'll still be viewed as the problem. Salaries are low, and raises are not tied to performance but rather to personal connections. Shortly said slavers!
