It all depends on your direct manager. Full autonomy on your tasks. Nice people that are eager to help in almost all departments. There is almost no mistake that cannot be solved - great for development and mental well-being. Real opportunities regarding professional development.

Cons

Sometimes the KPIs are very, very hard to achieve or unachievable. Due to the fact that the market demands are always changing, sometimes is hard do unplug yourself from work.
