      As a team member you are encouraged to grow. As long as you achieve your numbers and do your job, nobody will pressure you for more.The colleagues are ready to lend a hand and make the day go by easier.

      Cons

      The salary is not at the same level with the expectations. Even though you can get bonuses, they are not guaranteed (which is normal, I know).
