Pros

Work-life balance, at least in this department. My Manager enhanced this style. They don't call you on weekends. Great brand for your resume (leader of dairy products).

Cons

So much bureaucracy to make even a small change. Lack of technology difficults your day to day job (specially with meetings). Maybe it's not a con for some people, but a relaxing (messy) atmosphere difficults your work if it depends on committed dates. Due to postponements, projects feel like a never-ending journey Lack of world-class methodologies as Six Sigma and Lean to face and reduce waste problems (They focus more on short-term vision than long-term).

Pros

To work at Danone is to work in a young, ambitious and multicultural environment. It is very good, and I am very happy with my experience so far.

Cons

Don´t really have downsides from working at Danone. However I would like to try other work environments, after working at Danone for several years (7 years).
