Take advantage of all the support of a well-known, succesful company, but still keeping the autonomy to develop local projects . During the complete experience the subsidiary worked as one team. Possible internal career path.

Company environment. Developed products and matured business. And snacks! It is always a calm and friendly talks. Discussion are matured and well thought.

Cons

Slow track of progress, rather dull daily routine. Limited budget for entertainment. There is no well established IK policy. Head of IK needs to get a look around. Old style people management.
