      great company with great benefits

      Cons

      Managers manage upward not down. Multiple VPs and Directors would have high turnover or employee complaints but as long they managed upward they got promoted.

      Pros

      The values in place at Danone are one of a kind. There are bold goals around sustainability and food insecurity on top of the usual work in a food company. Many are inspired by this.

      Cons

      There can be a bit of chaos and there are two separate HQs so the employee base does not gel. Also, the global HQ in Paris creates problems, extra work and chaos for us which is frustrating.
