Pros

Unlimited PTO is the only positive thing.

Cons

If your mental health is important to you, you will steer clear of this company. Another reviewer mentioned how the company pretends to care and preaches the importance of mental health but then treats you so poorly that your mental health is shot. I have seen people demoted because of managers on power trips forcing people to work long hours and saying that its "for their own well being" Senior leadership plays favorites and ignores problems until everyone on a team has left the company. Then they scratch their heads wondering why everyone is leaving... because you guys dont listen when we come to you with problems!!! You sweep issues under the rug. Ever since Transform to Win was implemented its been clear that profits are far more important than people. Which is so sad because this company used have good culture and value.

Pros

None. Zip, zilch, nada. Less than none.

Cons

Too many to list. Management that doesn’t know anything, hourly people that don’t know anything and never come to work. Too much influence from France and the French management.

Pros

Global company - Global roles exist if you're senior enough Strong brands

Cons

Pay is often significantly lower than market average despite Danone claiming to benchmark Progression opportunities are limited by rules such as 18-24 months in each role Pace is slow compared to other FMCG companies There is little in the way of creativity, thinking differently or true collaboration
