Older colleagues willing to show and teach A lot of young people working usually a good accommodation provided on field
Cons
Italian drama everywhere. Disorganized, you have to watch your back, a lot of neurotic people, they tell you last minute when will you get deployed or when will you leave the field, no plans, no meetings about work and schedule, insanely long hours, sometimes weeks with no day off, basically no life outside work. One has to make sure to count his hours otherwise they might write you less. Shady policies
