Undoubtably there are opportunities to learn a lot from the fact that you'll be forced to in order to continue doing your job...do jot expect training or any sorts.

Cons

Through the 6 years i worked here i never received any sort of training or saw any sort of personal development plan. Salaries are low, expect to work extra hours without being paid for them.

The buyer job with Danieli india is challenging one, you have to do many ground work before starting your procurement process. You can gain knowledge on en numbers of items. Procurement, sourcing and vendor development will be under buyer's control. Buyer will play the key role in the company which is very tough and challenging. People with that attitude only can work.

Cons

As we know company is a project industries and every thing will be decided based on market value, so that up and downs will be there in the company.
