Not recommended for high educated people especially those are not local

Pros

Good for internships, technicians, local people. For those with no experience is good to get some experience and then find a better job. Also for local people living in that area which has motivation to be near their home in any condition.

Cons

No interest for some bosses to have new talent colleagues with high education. Not recommended for those from good universities and with master or doctorate degree. Very low salary enough for 1 person to cover daily expenses. Long working hours. Not important the quality of the work they deliver.
