Dysfunctional operating structure - the US business does not operate the same way as their successful business groups worldwide Chances are you will be managed by someone with very high sociopathic tendencies - Stay away from the workshop in Coraopolis

Fairly good salary Working hours were 37 hours a week Some good colleagues Clean and spacious office environment Promotion opportunities can arise quickly due to company growth and staff turnover

Cons

Unprofessional management with lacking leadership skills. Unbelievably high staff turnover for an office. Gossip is rife. Office politics are toxic No confidentiality. No structures in place for new recruits. Fairly difficult and archaic software.
