      Pros

      Interesting assignments with long durations at client sites. This enables you to work on a variety of things at a client once you have proven yourself there.

      Cons

      Difficult to change out of a client to get access to better opportunities. Your career plan with HR is not considered when new assignments come up. It's still about keeping you billable which limits your long term value to the company.

      Horrible work culture, extremely cheap policies. Human commodity shopping company.

      Pros

      - Salary 10% above market rate. - Peers at consultant level share your views for a change. - Paid tea/coffee/beverages available in the pantry area. - Great dress code. HR will come and comment if you don't follow.

      Cons

      - Extremely cheap policies and pathetic work culture. - Too fat in the name of "Flat". - Techies ideally managed by bunch of sales guys (not sure if they understand IT). - Revenue declining consistently YOY. Loosing clients and market share because market needs a business model other than pure body shopping. - Cant compete at any level with MNC. Will not be surprised if the company will be sold soon.

      DWS is not for sale. I have only been back in the chair since April but I can say that revenues are growing, client base is growing and our business model is relevant for 2015. I am sorry for experience wasn't more positive. Danny Wallis CEO
