Thanks for sharing feedback with us. Taking care of our people is one of our most important priorities, and providing competitive pay and benefits as well as training and opportunities to try new things are some of the ways we deliver on that. Though our shared leadership model means we do not emphasize a typical hierarchical structure, it does not mean you do not have someone to report to or someone to go to if you need help, as manager-direct report relationships do exist.

Pros

- They do care about employee development - Great culture all around - Work/life balance

Cons

The cons are really due to the industry. The construction industry is tough and demanding, and although DPR tries to soften the blow, sometimes the work gets rough.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Our focus on shared leadership enables many of the things you mentioned, from easy access to senior leaders to a collaborative and inclusive culture. We know that building the complex projects DPR works on can sometimes call for work on weekends. We encourage our team to care for themselves by taking time off and/or using one of our best-in-class mental or physical health benefits.
