Thank you for sharing your feedback! We will never stop our focus on taking care of people - our people are the reason we can build great things. We know that it can take some time to learn how we work, especially if you've worked at another general contractor. We work differently at DPR, and or People Practices team is focused on building and delivering programs that continue to help new hires get up-to-speed quickly.

Thanks for your feedback. Providing competitive pay and benefits is one of the key ways that we take care of people at DPR - and it's a really important one. So is making sure that we have a culture and work environment that people enjoy, so we're glad to hear you're happy with all of that. We appreciate hearing the ways that we can improve, and hope you will share more with your Coach.

Pros

Good people here who are very knowledgerable and want to help see you succeed.

Cons

Nature of construction: Overworked and underpaid. More bad days than good it feels like. Signed a contract to work 40 hours. I work close to 50 every week and on Saturdays occasionally.

We appreciate hearing your thoughts and are happy that you feel supported by a team that wants to see you succeed. Teamwork is critical to building great things! We also know that sometimes the exciting projects we're building mean working longer hours. Please take full advantage of your PTO and wellness benefits, which are there to help you care for yourself.
