With a culture that asks you to challenge the status quo there is a ton of room to grow and have your voice heard. Work hard and play hard

Cons

Its not for everyone. Lots of freedom and with that comes a lot of personal responsibility.

+Company genuinely cares about your happiness +Regularly +Rewards Doers +Many Extra-Curricular activities (i.e. Happy Hours, sports teams, community service, team building) +Provides excellent training to all employees on subjects that are helpful outside of work as well as for their career +Will pay for many company related expenses

Cons

-Bonuses are based on company performance and not as much on merit -Expects all employees to go above and beyond the call -Long Hours -Hires more Superintendents than training internally
