Great benefits. Travel every once in a while.

Cons

There is never an actual plan put together by management. Targets change on a whim. There is just general ideas thrown out to see what sticks and you are supposed to just figure it out on your own whether or not you are doing the right thing. Department never knows who does what or who is working on what. Management does not listen nor care about the quality of a project, just if the job is done or not.

Great Benefits, Culture is Overstated

Pros

Being a corporate company means having access to national resources. It is great that there are always experts to contact within the organization. There are some amazing people working here.

Cons

Culture is disappearing to the corporate structure they are implementing. Folks who have been working there for a while get comfortable and push their work on to others. This creates a lot of blaming of newer employees when things go wrong. Also bending over backwards for owners requests causes unneeded extra work and speaks to the decrease in profits of the past years.

- If you are crushing it, and doing what you should be doing or more they give you a lot of rope to work with - Tons of smart people around you everyday. - Well oiled machine

Cons

- Like any large company, some decisions can be slower.
