Pros

Great culture, with good work ethic. The company has plenty of tools at your disposal that you may use to improve your work flow/Jobsite.

Cons

The culture is talked about a lot but isn't shown by a lot of middle management, especially on the East coast. Not having a SOP for certain things is a horrible idea.

Cons

Poor Upper Communication To Workers. Some upper management are well informed on construction but do not fit the company values and are poor at managing work and employees.
