Pros

Great culture, lots of training available. There are plenty of positions within the company you can move into. They really strive to keep their employees happy, and you work on some really cool complex projects.

Cons

Pay is based on time, not merit. Since it's a large company, you definitely feel very disposable.

Pros

An expanding technical builder. Has grown from a " mom & pop " to a nation wide builder. The upper management has some very smart and personable leaders.

Cons

They need to learn how to say no to some projects. Schedules that almost always are brutal to the point that stacking trades on top of each other is the only choice.
