Most if not all the people who work for DPR have a mentality of sharing and teaching knowledge. There is a mentor assigned for your development and even thought the structure is new. There is promise for satisfying that itch to keep learning.

Cons

You need to be prepared for 10+ hr days. The idea is you stay for as long as you feel a days worth of work has been completed. But depending on your boss that could mean something different.
