Company has some great incentives for employees, there is a lot of talk about values, beliefs, and culture.

Cons

There is a lot of talk about values, beliefs, and culture that is not actually done in Nashville. Lot of micro management, too many people wanting to manage things that aren't their responsibilities. Leadership is often lacking or non existent, you only find out you broke the "rules" after the fact when no one told you the "rules," doesn't seem as if leadership has the backs of their employees and often undermines them. Cliques and favoritism is rampant.

Treat employees as you world hope a company should. They take care of people and understand if you’re not happy then it reflects in your performance.

Cons

Might be growing a little too fast. A lot of new hires. Hoping the culture does not dissipate but so far so good.
