      - wine bars & free snack - open office - attention to technology & innovations - good at marketing - generous PTO (3 weeks)

      Cons

      - They’ve got the big talk... But can’t walk the walk. - Be careful, the company has grown so much lately, your experience will be very different depend on which office you belong to! Some office environment is just toxic & make you hate your life! - you feel like you are just a number- very standard for company of this size - no title leads to no structure nor no process

      They don't practice what they preach on larger project. Project level leadership is opportunistic and short sighted. Out of the box thinking is encouraged then punished.
