Pros

Friendly staff and international company

Cons

High turnover rate and below market rate salary. Lots of politics at management level. International but every office operates as if its a seperate entity. Management’s approach is basically to push people out of their jobs.

Pros

International network Generous food and drinks

Cons

Not a very good working culture, people are not approachable Some seniors really have a chip on their shoulder, one called in sick but asked the grad on the phone what color of hair she should be dying, whilst dumping all the work to the clerk with little guidance. One took a year to say hi to a grad in the same team
