Pros

Good overall culture. Nice canteen and hybrid work schedule.

Cons

Junior salaries are well below market standards for firms of this size. Overtime is regularly expected with no overtime pay or time back. Development for junior staff is not a priority and really dependant on line manager willingness to engage. This is a key reason why turnover for positions is so high.
