Pros

flexible WFH policy and most people are reasonable and kind

Cons

It’s a huge firm easy to get lost if you don’t belong to a “team”. Being apart of the the free-market system is helpful but can be hard to find hours.

Pros

Great firm, lots of opportunities and generally a good culture and lots to get stuck into in and outside of work priorities.

Cons

Depending on your team, you’ll either ways stay exactly where you are or you will progress extremely quickly. Lots of favouritism is common in BigLaw so keep that in mind.
