Pros

You get paid on time. Seriously, that's all I can think of. There is really not much else to say but there's a 20 word minimum for this field...

Cons

Glass ceilings - everywhere. No career progression for non-solicitors. HR work for the company, not the individual. It is a sad place of demoralised support staff.

Pros

Salary per annum, central location.

Cons

Bad overall organisation and bad and unbalanced distribution of responsabilities and work among departments, bad management of sources.
