Pros

Opportunity for travel, cases are staffed leanly and therefore associates can get deposition and trial experience, firm places little emphasis on "face time" (also can be a con).

Cons

High turnover (both partners and associates), few partners are interested in mentoring associates, firm feels very disjointed - like 200 mini-firms operating under one name, amount of red tape is head-spinning.

Pros

Great, down-to-earth people. Everyone has the mentality to chip in and do what it takes to get things done ... and the firm recognizes and rewards hard work.

Cons

A cafeteria would be a nice perk!

Pros

Salary is good for market.

Cons

Avoid, senior management in IT behave like children, are ignorant, unprofessional & do not communicate to the minions. Extreme us & them culture - "fee earners" (!) vs lowly support staff.
