Toxic HR & Recruitment management.

Pros

Co-workers are generally nice and pleasant to work with. Offices are at a convenient location. Short working hours in HR.

Cons

HR and Recruitment departments are managed by incompetent people. It’s old fashioned and lacks vision / strategy. Terrible leadership in both teams. Complaints of sexism, bullying and racism are not taken seriously in the slightest and there are many complaints!! Firm only cares about creating a career development path and competitive salaries for fee-earners. Support staff do not matter.
