Pros

Cons

Secretary supervisors are like rulers of a dictatorship. Power mad and are on people’s backs for the smallest insignificant thing. No career progression for admin staff Them and us culture between admin and few earners

Pros

The biscuits offered during meetings (but you can ask them only if a partner)

Cons

Women (especially with kids) have no future inside, competition is very aggressive and people is often mobbed. No work / life balance. Partners ask you to stay late in evening with no reason (also just for read newspaper) just to be seen. No salary review, so pay attention to negotiate good entry level.
