Pros

The salary was the best in my career.

Cons

Horrible culture. Cannot raise opinions. Must be a yes man. Training was on weekends, and not did not get paid overtime. No educational support. No client referrals. Everybody is out for themeselves. If not chargable work, nobody will help you.

Pros

The firm had a really strong workplace culture, partners were for the most part great to work with.

Cons

Because the Australian firm reports to the UK it’s really hard to make change happen internally, and caused political issues between offices.
