Pay and benefits are good Hours are somewhat flexible Store atmosphere is enjoyable Great for people who just want a job and never get anything else out of life

Cons

No program for managers who want to work their way up within the company. Crazy/mental employees can do whatever they want and there are no consequences Zero accountability from GSM or DM No performance reviews at all

Great company to work for if you have a passion for sports.

Cons

There is simply no career growth in certain parts of the organization, specifically creative fields. Senior leadership definitely plays favorites and it shows. New ideas are stymied due to an overabundance of task managers/directors who don't have the leadership skills to look too far to the future.
