The starting rate of pay is $8.50.

Cons

Poor hours and some bad associates. Associates would try to make you look bad so that they could keep their jobs. The manager's will allow it to happen.

Pros

The associate discount is great. Working with people that share my same interest is also fun.

Cons

The managers are very unintelligent. Many of my co-workers are students like me and have much more intelligence than all of our managers. They also do not like to listen to ideas and hate to admit when they are wrong. Typical boss type people. Also, our store does not stock many things that the customers come in for and it is tough to tell everyone that you don't carry their product.

management doesn't show total respect to employee for time requested off sometimes poor communication, lack of recognition of work done bonuses or position advancement given to employee that does not deserve it Pay is lower than should be, especially for amount of work requested, expected done, while being expected to cover other departments as well
