Pros

None. stay away! be homeless before you work there. If you have any integrity or self respect look for other work. This place is bad for your soul.

Cons

Management blows, Customers only want to whine about the high prices. Nobody cares about their jobs because management doesn't. Never work there. They continue to cut hours from people that make more than $8/hr so that upper management can get bigger bonuses.

Pros

Good Company, Nice customer base (usually), good pay, pretty flexible depending on managers, fast-paced environment, good co-workers, good training.

Cons

Managers can be a pain if in bad mood, high-expectation from college kids during school, sometimes won't work with school schedules.

Pros

Aggresive business strategy that is always challenging; but, in a competitive and rewarding manner. Great product line, great associate team, great enviroment that fosters competition and growth both personally and professionally. I have been with DSG for about 4 years, and have seen this company grow dramatically, and through the thick and thin it is good to see that the upper echelons of management have their heads in the correct place and we are investing time and money in the right places.

Cons

Much like any retailer; can be too reactive at times. And, with the aggresive nature of the company, that reaction can be very dramatic. The efforts are put in the right place, but are tough to obtain sometimes. But, that is why I am a manager. The company is growing; and in a tough economy; growth is good... yes, the growth can be painful at times, and can hurt the immediate team members, but in the long run it will be good for the company and all team members who can hang on.
