Pros

Working here makes me feel like I'm at summer camp. The management are good natured and the employees are a tight-knit group. We're all there because we're interested in some aspect of athletics. I can trust that if I ask for something I need, I'll get it. I am consistently appreciated and recognized by the other staff, especially my managers. Woohoo! I actually love my job.

Cons

Hours vary a lot. Some weeks I don't get any. Some weeks I'm there every day.

None. stay away! be homeless before you work there. If you have any integrity or self respect look for other work. This place is bad for your soul.

Cons

Management blows, Customers only want to whine about the high prices. Nobody cares about their jobs because management doesn't. Never work there. They continue to cut hours from people that make more than $8/hr so that upper management can get bigger bonuses.

Cons

Managers can be a pain if in bad mood, high-expectation from college kids during school, sometimes won't work with school schedules.
