The job payed well and gave me a chance to gain some experience

Cons

There is no leadership anywhere in management. It is so hard to get anything done that is not a routine job. It was almost impossible to order bike parts. Management does not treat everyone fairly. They assigned worse shifts to employees that they know would not complain or quit.

Easy job overall, the dress code was my favorite part of the job. Just throwing on some leggings, a sweatshirt, and sneakers was perfect considering you’d be standing/running around the store for your entire shift.

Cons

Management was horrible. Managers were encouraged to get employees to quit rather than fire them to make themselves look better to corporate. Employees were pitted against one another and encouraged to suck up to management to get priority for hours. If a manager didn’t like you, you didn’t get hours. Corporate did nothing to prevent this favoritism when it was reported by multiple former employees.
