- Lack of transparency from upper management. I think they try to be transparent and they always promote transparency, but in reality I don't always truly feel that transparency.
- Leadership team is not that great (in the technology org). There are a couple great leaders, but they are very few and far between. Most middle management seems to be a little bit immature in their leadership abilities, playing way too much into office politics and acting out of selfishness rather than genuine care for the teams. I would even go as far as to say that a few of the managers can be cocky and arrogant.
- There is a MAJOR underrepresentation of women in the technology organization. They need to put more effort into recruiting women engineers.
- The location. Hate commuting way out past the airport when I'd ideally like to live on the east side of the city. It really restricts you to the western suburbs, unless you want a 60+ minute commute.
- The culture can seem slightly disingenuous. They have their values and mission statements, but in reality they usually come off as over-marketed propaganda statements that no one really pays heed to.
