The checks never bounced

Cons

Literally too many to name, but after 2 years of working there I have never seen so much incompetence in one place at one time. Management spends more time trying to find ways to get rid of people they don't like. Which these people tend to be the ones actually doing there jobs, while the managers sit in the office talking or spend time on their phones. If you are lucky enough to see a manager outside of the office it is for them to yell at you about you not doing something they are responsible for.

Kind people to work with, environment encouraged being active - you could take workout classes during the day and it has a great gym, competitive salaries, average benefits, strives to encourage work/life balance, training and development classes on premise, there is a University of Pittsburgh on-site MBA program that the company will pay 50% of if you remain with them three years after completing the program.

Cons

The corporate office is far from the city if you want to live in the city and commute, the environment can be at times stiff - very corporate and professional, you have to own a car to work there, remote work is frowned upon in many departments

Fun place to work if you love sports, especially for the hourly associates. Not a bad gig part-time for students or those seeking part-time work.

Cons

Culture through management was miserable. Had a DM ask me once to teach my employees to break it off with a customer and get back to "work." It's a stack it high and let if fly mentality with no focus on service. Not a fun place to be a manager...
