      Pros

      The great culture was clear even before I joined the company. Enthusiastic staff who work hard and are keen to move the company forward. Everybody is able to make a difference in what they do. Benefits like contribution to personal well-being/learning which I haven't seen elsewhere before.

      Cons

      Communication isn't always good, but improving. Work to be done on systems to improve efficiency.

      Pros

      You rarely come across a company that really has the welfare and of its employees so high up their priority list. Caring, encouraging and approachable - life it what you make of it and that firmly included your work, at DDD you are treated well and in return I am happy to work hard and show the same commitment to DDD that they show to me.

      Cons

      Occasional challenging day - they happen rarely!

      It is a company that looks after the people working here a lot and gives opportunities to further your career.

      Cons

      The training process is not as good as you would expect from a big company.
