      Change is great!

      Pros

      - Family run for over 100 years. - Embracing necessary change after years of happy continuity. - Full support and communication being given to everyone who's up for a new challenge. - Investment in people, systems, processes and infrastructure to enable the change to happen.

      Cons

      - Some people are averse to change and are either leaving unhappily or struggling to adapt. - Some of the change is taking a while to implement.

      Thank you for your review. Its nice that you took the time out to tell us what we are doing well and what still needs addressing. You are right that some people are struggling with the journey. Its why we are investing so much to instil a coaching culture. We will shortly be launching our company mentoring programme too and this will help others on their change journey.

      Pros

      The company is currently going through a positive transformation, this has been shown at all levels of the company not just at board level and all members of staff are now embracing this positive, new way of working. Great work/life balance, excellent benefits

      Cons

      The offices are outdated and could use a lick of paint to update to the 21st century.

      Thank you so much for taking the time to review. its lovely to read you are recognising the benefits. I cant argue with the need for some fresh paint! I believe there are some plans in place at Centre 1 to do some work and as you may be aware centre 2a will be opening in the summer which will be a lovely shiny new area for us.

      Pros

      Most of the people are riding a paycheque, so it is easy to do nothing. There is no process either so you can't be measured in any real way. You can be promoted if you are liked though, however you won't be supported due to the lack of anyone actually knowing what is going on.

      Cons

      All the brands are being delisted from retail accounts. This is coupled with the fact that they are unable to produce stock with any consistency. I believe that this was a good company in the past though. Shame. Lying to brand owners is also a bad practice that seems to be the norm here.

      The advice to management is accurate and already in progress but not all feel this way, recent engagement survey results show otherwise. The other comments are not entirely truthful unfortunately.
