Pros
Great family business where I feel the employer cares about the well being of the staff. Flat structure so no real hierarchy = your opinion matters!
Cons
As a smaller business progression can be difficult. Managers diversify roles but it is difficult to get to the next step. As with every business feels like new people coming in get the better roles and more money.
