Some coworkers are friendly and a few managers are easy to get along with, which makes it tolerable working here. Hefty discount on car parts and service is nice.

Cons

Senior management is awful and uncompromising and treat the staff like pawns and cast them aside often, favoritism is rampant. Pay is really low considering how much work and hours staff have to contribute. Management/leadership is so bad and so is the accounting department which creates issues for staff in the showrooms and results in headaches related to upset customers and stupid paperwork and inefficiencies.
