A lot of cons. Power struggle from the top of the company to the low man. Horrible hours and pay was not what was agreed to prior to hiring. Used the stick and carrot to goad employees with the promise of proper pay.

You get to sit down most of the time.

Cons

Management doesn't know anything about anything, they will have you do the workload meant for two people because they can't get anyone to stay long enough to even be trained and when you ask for help, they will talk down to you. Not many people stay in ANY department, other than maybe service. Salespeople constantly come and go, as well as office staff and even managers!
