great co-workers - meet a great bunch of people that make your day go by quickly

work, work, work. You put in a lot of hours - anywhere from 55-70+ and usually do not get paid what you are worth

micro management- stop stalking employees... the job is not that har hours- the hours are okay.. i just hated working on saturdays low pay-- i know its commission but at least give the employees 10 buck a hour
