      Pros

      Small staff size Step-by-step Instruction on how to grow your business Great marketing tools and ideas that allow you to add your own creative flair

      Cons

      Not much room at the franchise level to advance so even if you do a really good job and perform well, you can only go as high as club manager at a franchise level. I suppose that you could move on the corporate level, but if that opportunity was available I was never made aware of it.

      Pros

      Curves concept of helping women is great! The only place you can go for Weight Management and Exercise for women.

      Cons

      Lack of direction from Corp Curves makes it difficult in the field to keep the brand intact, doesn 't help that many have closed.
