My owner is pulled into too many directions. New to management, it seems, or is not fully onboard with the realities of owning own franchise and its unexpected time demands. Not appropriate to pass responsibilites off to yet untrained lowest wage workers. Minimum wage hourly rate does not match up with marketing and sales expectations impossible to accomplish without compromising the actual corporate advertised monitoring and safety of the exercise circuit and ladies exercising.

lack of support from corporate level during poor economical times. New programs at Curves are done at owner expense, but adds to Curves International bottom line. Then, the new programs are not backed by Curves International as promised, nor during the time frames promised.
