Circuit training does work if you are consistent and persistent with your workouts! Love the ladies--real deal. There to get stronger and make new friends. Supportive, welcoming environment!

Cons

Hours can be restrictive, although we are open at 5:30 am and close part of the week at 7:00 pm.
