Pros
Helping women attain their goals. It’s a welcoming environment. Great workout and can workout with members at slow times if owner allows-in my case it was encouraged. Learned a lot about major muscle groups. No previous training required. Long lasting friendships were made. Small commission on sale of membership.
Cons
Phone script. Boredom on slow days. Not much room for growth.
