- meet new people everyday - very supportive community and environment - don't need any fitness background or knowledge to start, but be ready to learn new things and they're open to teaching you in fitness/nutrition, sales, management, etc

Cons

- can get repetitive doing the same thing everyday - work hours can change - if you're not a people person, this ain't for you - personally, I can't grow in this company
